AUBURN
A NEW ONLINE CUSTOMER
FULFILMENT CENTRE

Woolworths is building a new online customer fulfilment centre in Auburn to service the growing demand for home delivery of groceries in Sydney's central west. This new facility will help Woolworths’ delivery network keep pace with the changing needs of customers in the years ahead.

Plans for the new facility were approved on 25 June 2021 by the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment (DPIE). The site spans 32,400sqm (17,000sqm for the customer fulfilment centre) and is expected to create up to 250 ongoing jobs and over 350 construction jobs.

Construction work to deliver the new facility, located in Auburn's industrial precinct at 11-13 Percy Street, has commenced. Woolworths is committed to ongoing engagement with the community throughout the construction program.
